Course Description: In today’s world we have a myriad of ways to deliver and receive information. One of the most versatile options are podcasts! Podcasts are an excellent way to address speaking and listening standards across all grade levels, and provide students with choice and voice. In this session, we will address implementing podcasts in our instruction AND student created podcast projects.

What Tech Tool Will Be Utilized: WeVideo

Implemented Strategy: Cooperative learning, Role Playing

What You’ll Experience: Get a feel for implementing podcasts into your lecture as a way to deliver content, then witness some student created podcast ideas for assessments.

What Challenge You Will Do: Create an assessment where students create a podcast to demonstrate mastery and share it to Twitter.
