Title: Tech Savvy Class Jobs
Course Description: Do you still have your students clapping chalkboard erasers, emptying pencil sharpeners, and cleaning inkwells? Join this session for a look at more tech literate jobs your students can do. Come with your creative ideas about ways you can update the current class roles you already have and how you can bring them into the current tech environment. BTW, if you think that class "jobs" are only for elementary kids, most of these roles apply to secondary students too!
What Tech Tool Will Be Utilized: WeVideo, YouTube, Adobe CC Express, your music service, etc.
Integrated Strategy: Student engagement
What You’ll Experience: You'll fihd out about some possible new tech roles for students, brainstorm ways to update your own class jobs, and share your ideas with the other session participants.
What Challenge You Will Do: Your challenge, should you decide to accept it, will be to invite your students to exercise their creative energies to make your classroom the most technologically advanced space in your school.
